FRESH & EARTHY. Aromas of dark berry fruits, with dried herb and spice. In the mouth, flavors of wild cherry and kirsch accent a healthy dose of forest floor. Full flavored and balanced, but light in tannins, this inky purple red opens up wonderfully.

Vincent Paris is the nephew of Robert Michel, one of the preeminent wine makers in the upper Rhone Valley. After collaborating with his uncle on his first few vintages, Vincent has since set out to make a name for himself, in both Cornas and the relatively unknown Saint-Joseph appellation, just to the north. His Saint-Joseph Syrah is elegant & fresh, with nicely concentrated flavors and a great earthy component.
