100% Chardonnay

Grown at Raumland’s vineayrds in Dalsheim, Rheinhessen, the Chardonnay grapes are carefully hand-picked, in order to avoid bruising or scarring the fruit & are cluster pressed to preserve their natural aroma. The juice undergoes a secondary, malolactic fermentation, which makes the wine taste more smooth, is left in contact with the crushed grape skins, for maximum flavor, and is bottle-aged for at least 12 months.
