The name of Wolfkloof is derived from a farm, owned by the Viljoen family since 1880. Originally from the Rhone, the Shiraz (or Syrah) grape is well-suited to warm areas, such as Robertson Valley, where the grape will fully ripen, allowing its intriguing fruit & spice components to fully exert themselves.
