Stephane Brocard comes from a family of seasoned Chablis producers, but found his family’s wine business becoming crowded, working alongside his brother & sister-in-law and sister & brother-in-law. An intimate knowledge of Burgundy and an entrepreneurial spirit led him to set up a boutique business, contracting in small parcels of carefully selected grapes & investing in a precious plot of Pommard (a prestigious Burgundian vineyard area), for which he has high aspirations. Today Stephane works with 8 young wine-makers & he aims to produce fresh, clean wines with a true expression of place.
