This sustainable winery in the heart of Spain’s Ribera del Duero region sits on a site formerly occupied by a co-op. As a result, this relatively new winery offers estate-grown Tempranillo from 50 year-old ungrafted vines. This allows Vina Gormaz to make a soft, approachable wine with a distinct complexity that usually takes generations to cultivate.
