Club shipments, in protective packaging, typically ship the second full week of the month, at the beginning of the week (to protect products from weekend delays that could affect quality). Shipping charges are included in membership dues.
We cannot ship champagne or sparkling wine to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
You must be 21 years of age to order and receive alcohol beverages/club shipments. Each shipment includes an Adult Signature Required sticker. An adult must sign for the shipment at time of delivery and present identification with proof of age. We highly recommend that you have your shipments sent to a commercial (business) address to ensure that there is an adult available to sign for and accept delivery. If an adult is not present at time of delivery, ONE (1) subsequent delivery attempt will be made. If an adult is not present for the second delivery, the shipment will be returned to GoodGrapes.Com. Reshipments will be charged the full shipping costs.
GoodGrapes.Com complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse delivery to any person who appears intoxicated.
If for any reason (vacation, weather, etc.) you would like your shipment held for up to 2 weeks, send us an email at Service@GoodGrapes.Com. As long as the shipment has not already been sent, we’ll hold it. In the event of extreme weather, shipments may be delayed to maintain product quality. Also, please be aware that memberships and payments are processed regardless of shipping delays.
Non-alcohol product prices include standard ground shipping, and orders typically are processed within 72 business hours. If express shipping is requested, order processing will be expedited.
