RETURN POLICY
Non-alcohol products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Returned products must be unused and, if applicable, in the original sealed bag. Products shipped in sealed bags include, but are not limited to stemware name tags. Send non-alcoholic products to:

The price of the product excluding shipping, handling, and taxes will be refunded for unused products in original condition and sealed packaging.
Alcoholic products cannot be returned as Good Grapes doesn’t know if the bottles have been stored appropriately.
